SMART Repairs
SMART repair means Small to Medium Area Repair Technique’.
Using this technique allows us to complete a repair in a smaller time scale while also being a cost effective repair for our customers by retaining as much of the original paintwork as possible.
A SMART repair looks to isolate the repair carefully using bodylines and specialist masking techniques to enable us to not only repair the damaged area but at the same time allow us to blend the paint into this reduced area which avoids having to completely repair the entire panel
Industry Standard Repairs
This method is best used for small scratches, light dents and paint damage. Repairs completed using this technique are still completed industry standards using manufacturers suggested methods.
We often work with PDR Technicians (paintless dent repair) who can skilfully remove dents from panels to a factory finish or allow us to heavily reduce the repair size thus reducing the cost to you.
